IMMOBILE Group: one technology partner for nine companies in the group

IMMOBILE Capital Group is a Bydgoszcz holding listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, with companies in industry, energy, construction, property development and retail. We work for the holding, seven companies in the group and the Immo Foundation. The company websites run on a shared Neos instance, and next to them sit a daily apartment price report for dane.gov.pl, a forklift catalogue imported from Excel and the brands' Magento 2 stores.

Every company in the group has a different audience

Investors and journalists visit the holding's site. Atrem is hiring electricians and substation designers, Projprzem shows investors the halls it has built, Promlift sells and rents forklifts from six branches, and CDI sold apartments and had to publish their prices every day. On top of that, Quiosque and Zegarki Błonie sell through their own stores, and the Immo Foundation sells two e-books. That is nine websites with different goals in one group listed on the stock exchange. An investor who moves from the holding's site to a company's site should find the reports in the same place. A fix in the investor relations section should reach every company at once.

Nine websites on shared components

The same team handles every project in the group. We build the company websites from one design system, and where a company needs something only for itself, we add a module to the shared base.

  1. 1

A shared Neos instance and the group design system

The websites of the holding, Atrem, PJP Makrum, Projprzem, Promlift and CDI use one design system, and most of them run on a shared Neos instance that we maintain. A component refined for one site is immediately available on the others, and we update Neos once for every company on that instance.

  2. 2

    Investor relations in one pattern

The investor relations section and the IMMOBILE Group mark in the header work the same way on the holding's site and on the company sites. An investor who knows the holding's site knows straight away where to find the Atrem or PJP Makrum reports. The holding's site alone has more than 1,300 posts and 1,088 tag pages in two languages, which the group's team publishes directly on the page.

  3. 3

Tools for sales and hiring in the companies

Since 2021 the Promlift forklift catalogue has reached the site from an Excel sheet through Neos modules we wrote. Projprzem has 60 project pages that sales staff attach to tender offers. PJP Makrum describes 11 very different product lines with one layout, in Polish and English. At Atrem editors create job ads from a ready template, and the careers section has 19 pages.

  4. 4

    CDI's daily apartment price report

We developed the CDI portal from 2020 to 2026: apartment search, development pages and apartment pages. When the act on apartment price transparency required prices to be published on dane.gov.pl every day, we built a module that did it on its own. Prices in the register came from the same source as the prices on the site.

  5. 5

The group brands' stores on Magento 2

In 2020 we took over the Quiosque store from the previous vendor, together with the repository, the servers and the deployment process. By 2025 we had cleaned up the Hyvä front end, rolled out Hyvä Checkout and reached a mobile Lighthouse score above 85. Since 2023 we have run the Zegarki Błonie store, for which we built a Hyvä theme in about two weeks, and in 2024 we set up a small store for the Immo Foundation with two e-books.

Promlift: the forklift catalogue comes to the site from an Excel sheet.
CDI: the daily price report was built from the same data as the apartment pages.
Atrem: the group's design system with the company's own energy photography.
Zegarki Błonie: a Hyvä store we have developed since 2023.

The group has one team that knows all of its websites

A new website or section in a group company is built from components already working for other companies, and a fix in investor relations reaches every site on the shared design system at once. The same team knows the Excel import module, the price export to dane.gov.pl and the Hyvä stores, so a request from any company goes to people who know its code. We keep developing the company websites and the Zegarki Błonie store.

  • We maintain the shared Neos instance that runs most of the group's websites
  • We develop the design system used by the company websites
  • We maintain and extend the Promlift Excel import modules
  • We develop the Zegarki Błonie store on Hyvä
