We'll find what in your systems could cause an outage.

Over a few days we go through your systems, code and servers. You get a report listing the risks, the cost of each fix and what can be improved right away.

  • The report stays with you

Even if you decide not to continue working with us.

  • The cost is credited against the first invoice

If we keep working together after the review.

What you get

Risks ranked by cost

For each risk we write what happens if you leave it and what the fix will cost. The board can see at a glance where to start.

A list of fixes for now

Things that can be done on the spot get their own list. You can hand them to us or to your own team.

Excerpt from a report

How the review runs

  1. 1

    A call

You talk to the engineer who will do the review. You tell them what worries you and which systems matter most to the company.

  2. 2

    Access

We get access to repositories, servers and admin panels. We change nothing in production.

  3. 3

    The review

We read the code and check server configuration, backups, integrations and software versions.

  4. 4

    Going through the report

We walk through the report together with you. Every risk comes with a fix cost and a suggested order of work.

Taking over a project from another vendor?

The review is the first step of every takeover. We took over the System 3D store in 2023: first the repository, access and server, then a list of the modules actually in use and the order of work. The store kept taking orders throughout, and the outages stopped.
