How we take a server into our care

Developer Agents

  1. 01 Server and access review

    We collect access and check the versions of the system, PHP and services, the backups and the current monitoring. You get a list of overdue work ordered by risk.

  2. 02 Monitoring and backups

    We set up uptime and resource monitoring, backups stored in a separate location and alerts that come straight to us.

  3. 03 Overdue updates

    We install overdue security patches, first in a staging environment, then in production during an agreed window.

  4. 04 A monthly report

    Every month you get a report on updates and server events.
