Personal data
Privacy policy
This site does not track its visitors. We use no analytics or marketing cookies, and we serve fonts and scripts from our own server – no request is ever sent to a third-party provider.

Data controller
The controller of your personal data is WEGOTCOOKIES sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Bydgoszcz (ul. Juliusza Kossaka 72/128, 85-307 Bydgoszcz), entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001170979, NIP 9532811063, REGON 541655736.
For any matter concerning personal data you can write to kontakt@wegotcookies.pl. We have not appointed a data protection officer – correspondence goes directly to the management board.
What data we collect
The site contains no forms that store data, no login system and no profiling. Personal data appears only when you provide it to us yourself:
- Contact by e-mail or phone – your name, e-mail address, phone number, company name and the content of your message, that is, whatever you choose to write or say to us.
- Server logs – standard technical data recorded by the hosting server on every visit to the site (IP address, date and time of the request, browser type, address of the requested page). They serve solely to keep the site secure and stable.
Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to your message and discussing potential cooperation – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence).
- Keeping the site secure and working correctly, including the analysis of server logs – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
- Establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
How long we keep the data
We keep correspondence for as long as it takes to handle the matter, and then for the period in which any claims could still be brought. If the conversation does not lead to cooperation, we delete the messages no later than 24 months after the last contact. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for the period resulting from its configuration, usually no longer than 12 months.
Recipients of the data
We do not sell or share data for marketing purposes. Data may be passed only to entities that provide us with technical or legal support and do so under a data processing agreement or their own legal obligation:
- the provider of the site's hosting and our company e-mail,
- our accounting office and legal advisers – if the contact turns into cooperation,
- public authorities, where the obligation to disclose the data follows from the law.
Cookies and tracking technologies
The site stores no cookies in your browser – neither our own nor third-party ones. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, heat maps or profiling tools.
We also embed no resources from external CDNs: the fonts (Inter, Space Grotesk, Material Symbols) and all scripts are served from our own server. This means your IP address is not passed to providers such as Google. That is why we display no cookie consent banner – there is nothing to consent to.
Transfers outside the EEA
We do not transfer personal data to third countries or international organisations. Our infrastructure and e-mail operate within the European Union.
Your rights
In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it,
- rectify data that is inaccurate or incomplete,
- erasure of your data and restriction of its processing,
- data portability for data processed on the basis of a contract,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) if you consider that we process your data unlawfully.
Providing data is voluntary
Providing your data is entirely voluntary, but without an e-mail address or a phone number we will not be able to answer your message or prepare a quote.
Changes to this policy
If we change the way the site works – for example by adding a contact form, a meeting booking widget or an analytics tool – we will update this document and the date of its last change before the new solution goes to production.
