How do you bill projects?
We bill time & material, for the hours actually worked. Every task has an estimate, a priority and logged time, so you can see what's done and where the budget goes. The developer works with AI agents, so every hour gets you up to 5× more finished work.
Will I talk directly to a developer?
Yes. You talk to the person who writes the code and makes the technical decisions. There's no account manager in between.
Do you take over projects started by another company?
Yes. We clean up the inherited code, stabilise the project and carry it forward. Our longest engagement has run for over 10 years.
Do you use AI to write code?
Yes, in every project. The developer splits the work between AI agents: code, tests, documentation and legacy code analysis. The developer reads and approves every change they make, and architecture, security and production changes are decided by a person. That's how you get up to 5× more finished work for the same rate.
Are my code and data safe when you work with AI?
Yes. We work on business plans of our AI tools, and organisation-level restrictions make sure keys and sensitive data don't leak. Agents run in sandboxes, never get access to environments that hold data and never do anything on production without a developer's supervision.
