CDI – developing a property developer's portal on Neos CMS
Summary
We develop the CDI KB portal on Neos CMS – from the apartment search and investment pages to day-to-day maintenance. Along the way we automated compliance with the Polish housing price transparency act: a hands-off, daily price export to the government portal.

Develop and maintain the developer's sales portal on Neos CMS and take manual apartment price reporting off the team's hands.
CDI Konsultanci Budowlani – a residential property developer from Bydgoszcz, part of the listed IMMOBILE Capital Group. Over 1,300 apartments delivered and more than a decade on the market.
Challenge
CDI is one of the leading developers in Bydgoszcz, with a constantly growing portfolio of developments and apartments on sale. The sales portal built on Neos CMS has to keep up: new estates, investment pages, an apartment search with availability and prices, both language versions. On top of that came a hard legal requirement – the housing price transparency act obliged developers to publish prices daily, in a standardised format, on a government portal. Doing that by hand across a large and constantly changing catalogue would be slow and error-prone. The CDI team needed a partner who knows their Neos portal inside out, develops it continuously and can close requirements like this without pausing sales.

Solution
We develop and maintain the CDI portal on Neos CMS as a permanent engineering partner – adding sales features and keeping the platform stable. As part of that work we designed and shipped an automatic apartment price reporting mechanism that meets the government requirements.
