Apartment prices have to be published every day
The CDI portal was the developer's main sales tool. A buyer picked a development, filtered apartments by floor area, number of rooms and availability, then landed on the page of a specific unit. Statuses and prices changed as units sold, so the data on the site had to stay current. Poland's housing price transparency act added a duty to publish prices every day, in a set format, on the government portal dane.gov.pl. With hundreds of units across several developments, preparing that file by hand each day would take time and invite mistakes, and a mistake means the price a buyer sees differs from the one in the public register.
What we did
From apartment page to government register
We developed the portal from 2020 to 2026 as the developer's ongoing technical team. The last large piece of work was automatic price reporting.

A page for every apartment
Each unit got its own page with floor area, number of rooms and availability. A salesperson could send that page to a buyer, and the buyer could find it again through a search engine days later. When a unit changed status, the page showed it at once.

Search and development pages
The search on the home page filtered apartments across all developments at once, while development pages, such as Platanowy Park and Osiedle Rabatki, gathered the units of a single estate. The filters ran on the same data shown on the apartment pages, so search results always matched what a buyer saw after clicking through.

Price export to dane.gov.pl
We built a module that took current unit prices from the portal every day, assembled them in the format the act requires and published them on dane.gov.pl. It ran unattended. Prices in the register came from the same source as prices on the site, so nothing had to be copied across.

Maintenance and ongoing changes
We added new developments and apartments to the search and to the report, extended the news section in both languages and kept the portal stable. The portal ran on the design system shared by the IMMOBILE Group companies, so new sections were built from ready components.
Outcome
The price report sent itself
The price transparency duty was met automatically every day. Nobody at the company prepared spreadsheets or uploaded files, and the prices in the register matched what a buyer saw on the apartment page. A new estate went into both the search and the report as soon as it was added. A change in the rules or the format meant a fix in one module, not a new procedure for the sales team.
