Furniture (retail)
VOX: a Shopify store that matches the brand flagship
We rebuilt the front end of the VOX store for the United Arab Emirates so it looks like the official vox.pl site. The new storefront runs on Alpine.js and Tailwind CSS and loads twice as fast.
Property development (residential)
CDI: a developer portal with a daily price report
For six years we developed the Neos CMS sales portal of a Bydgoszcz housing developer, including an export that published apartment prices on dane.gov.pl every day.
Hotel chain
A mail sorter for a hotel chain: 95% of emails without reception
Hundreds of emails a day landed on reception desks with no order. A rules engine and an AI layer now route them to the right hotel and department automatically.
Furniture (manufacturing)
.mdd: Hyvä and a custom checkout for millions of variants
Since 2021 we have worked as engineering support for the in-house team at .mdd, an office furniture manufacturer. We helped move the Magento 2 store to Hyvä and build a custom React and Node.js checkout for configurable products.
Watchmaking (retail)
Zegarki Błonie: a store twice as fast on Hyvä
We built a new Hyvä theme for the Zegarki Błonie store in about two weeks. The home page now loads in around 2 seconds instead of 4.
Tooling / metrology (distribution)
System 3D: an end to Magento store outages
In 2023 we took over the System 3D store from its previous vendor. After a Magento upgrade, catalogue optimisation and Varnish, the outages and Elasticsearch crashes stopped.
Fashion and retail
Self-service returns: hours instead of days
A return that took 3 to 4 days now takes 2 to 3 hours. Customers see what they can send back across all of the brand's stores at once.

Quiosque: a takeover that reached 85+ on mobile
From 2020 to 2025 we developed the Quiosque store after taking it over from the previous vendor. We cleared the bottlenecks in its Hyvä front end, rolled out Hyvä Checkout and reached a mobile Lighthouse score of 85+.
Construction and energy
Atrem: a website that sells and recruits
The Neos CMS website of an energy company in the IMMOBILE Group. Clients find the offering, engineers find job openings and investors find investor relations.
Industrial (manufacturing)
PJP Makrum: flood barriers to forklifts in two languages
The bilingual Neos CMS website of an industrial group. Product lines as different as flood barriers, parking platforms and forklifts share one layout, in Polish and English.
Fashion and retail
Comarch XL and Magento 2: data exchange without ERP locks
The store and the ERP exchange orders, stock and invoices through a separate data bus, so store traffic never weighs on the ERP database.
Investment holding / capital group
IMMOBILE Group: over 1,300 posts from across the group
The main website of a listed holding, built on Neos CMS. We structured over 1,300 news posts and 1,088 tags so the archive can be browsed by the group's business areas.
Supplements (DTC)
Navene: a supplement store live in two weeks
We built the Navene online store on WooCommerce, including a custom order flow. It went from the start of work to production launch in two weeks.
Construction
Projprzem: 60 projects, each at its own address
The Neos CMS website of a general contractor for halls and factories in the IMMOBILE Group. Every completed building, from the LPP hall to the Baltic Pipe compressor station, has its own page that can go into a bid.
Manufacturing
SAP and a 3D configurator: millions of variants from thousands of parts
From thousands of parts in SAP we assemble finished products and millions of variants that customers explore in a 3D configurator.
Forklifts / intralogistics
Promlift: forklift listings imported from Excel
We develop the website of Promlift, a forklift supplier with 6 branches. New and used trucks reach Neos from an Excel file through modules we wrote.
Non-profit / CSR
Fundacja Immo: a small e-book store for a good cause
We built Fundacja Immo a simple Magento store selling two e-books on gardening and growing vegetables. The proceeds support the foundation's charitable work.
Real estate and offices
Opening doors with a phone: 1,000+ doors without cards
Staff across several buildings open doors by holding a phone to an NFC tag. Magnetic cards are no longer needed.
