Projprzem: 60 projects, each at its own address

Projprzem Budownictwo has built production and warehouse halls, factories, retail and public buildings since 1948. Since 2022 we have developed the company's website on Neos CMS. We set up the portfolio as a base of 60 project pages, each one a separate piece of evidence for an investor.

Starting point

A general contractor is chosen by what it has already built

An investor planning a warehouse or a production plant checks what a contractor has already built, for whom and at what scale, before inviting it to tender. Projprzem has 75 years of work behind it and buildings for companies such as LPP, Bridgestone, Volkswagen, Can-Pack and Solaris, as well as public buildings and shopping centres. A record like that is easily lost in a single photo gallery where every hall looks alike. The site needed a portfolio in which each project can be found, described and pointed to on its own, for example in a tender bid or an email to a client. It also had to stay consistent with the other IMMOBILE Group websites.

What we did

The portfolio as a database of projects

We run the site on Neos CMS and on the IMMOBILE Group design system. Most of the work concerns how the completed buildings are presented.

  1. 1

    A page for every building

Each project, such as the gas compressor station in Odolanów for Baltic Pipe or the Bridgestone warehouse, has its own page with a description and photos. It also has a permanent address that can be pasted into a bid, sent to an investor or found through a search engine by client name or town.

  2. 2

One content type for the whole portfolio

Project pages are built from a single content type in Neos, so all 60 share the same layout. Editors add a new building by editing it directly on the page, and the project list updates itself. The portfolio grows without our involvement.

  3. 3

Projects next to the offering and references

Alongside the portfolio sit five offer pages, from industrial construction to public buildings, and a separate references section. An investor moves from the scope of services to specific buildings and client opinions without hunting for them in different parts of the site.

  4. 4

    75 years in the header

A “75 years on the Polish market” badge and an aerial photo of a building open the home page. Everything else, the navigation, cards and IMMOBILE Group badge, comes from the shared design system, so the site looks like part of the same group as Atrem and PJP Makrum.

Outcome

Every building has its own link

The site now has 60 project pages, from factories and warehouses to schools and supermarkets. Each can be pointed to on its own, and new buildings join the portfolio in the same layout as the earlier ones, with no new pages to design. The portfolio shows the company's 75 years of work one building at a time, and a salesperson can attach a link to the project closest to what an investor is planning.

  • We maintain the site on the IMMOBILE Group's shared Neos instance
  • We extend the project content type when the portfolio needs new fields
  • We keep the site aligned with the group's design system

Your projects deserve pages of their own

We build the portfolio in your CMS as a database of projects that your team keeps up to date and your sales staff can link in every bid.
